Go Go Bird is a Los Angeles-style fried chicken concept by Executive Chef Brandon Kida. It's not the average fast food chicken, it's a cluck above! We proudly use Jidori chicken and the best ingredients for our homemade sides. The chicken is marinated with spices then fried and finished with a Szechuan-style chili oil for a crispy burst of flavor. The menu features tenders, spicy wings and a sandwich with a scoop of pickles and a biscuit. Sides include fries and mac n' cheese, and more of Kida's familiar childhood flavors including poutine with Japanese curravy!
